Spring '21 Schedules
The ACCAC has approved a proposed schedule for the spring soccer season consisting of ten conference dates.
All Matador home games will be streamed on the Matador Athletics Facebook Page. Details about the possibility of fan attendance and protocols will be announced at a later date.

Lady Matador Soccer 2019 Season Highlights

Establishing itself as one of the top NJCAA programs out west, the Lady Matador Soccer team impressed many with its third straight appearance in the Region I Final.
A mostly new roster flanked just two returners from a historic squad, as Vera Asare and Elizabeth Ephraim etched their names into the Matador record books.

Dizdar named Head Coach of Lady Matador Soccer

YUMA, Ariz. – Looking to build on a strong foundation of recent success by the Women’s Soccer team, Arizona Western College Athletic Director Jerry Smith announced the hiring of Ivan Dizdar as the program’s fifth head coach Tuesday afternoon.
Dizdar, comes to Yuma with a history of success in the ACCAC as a head coach on the women’s side and as a player on the men’s side.

Acosta Resigns as Women's Soccer Coach

YUMA, Ariz. – After two of the most successful seasons in the history of Women’s Soccer at Arizona Western College, Head Coach Nicole Acosta announced her resignation to pursue other endeavors.
Acosta’s first season proved to be a smashing success in 2018 as the Lady Matadors set program marks with 21 wins, a conference championship, and the program’s first appearance at the NJCAA National Championship Tournament.
