THATCHER, Ariz. - Lucas di Almeida scored his third goal of the season at the five-minute mark as #7 Arizona Western jumped out to an early lead over ACCAC rival Eastern Arizona on Tuesday night. Enzo Manga extended the lead to 2-0 early in the second half as the Matadors rolled to a 5-1 road win over the Gila Monsters. Arizona Western scored four goals in the second half, led by Manga's eventual game winner. Arizona Western also received goals from Christopher Gonzalez, Jackson George and Noah Segura. The Matadors extend their win streak to nine games and remain undefeated in ACCAC play. Arizona Western is now 10-1 on the season and 5-0 in conference play. The Matadors next will host the College of Southern Nevada on Saturday, October 18th, at 7:00 p.m. at Matador Field.
