The Arizona Western baseball team has climbed two spots in theweek 9 NJCAA DI rankings. The Matadors move from No. 19 to No. 17 after sweeping a three game home series over Yavapai over the weekend. Arizona Western now stands at 36-9 overall on the season and 16-8 in ACCAC play. Other members of the conference in the national rankings include No. 11 College of Southern Nevada and No. 15 Cochise College. Arizona Western will next travel to No. 11 College of Southern Nevada for a critical road series with the Coyotes. CSN currently leads the ACCAC with a record of 18-6. CSN leads Arizona Western and Cochise College by two games each with six games remaining in the regular season.
